Order Processing and Shipping

Chantilly Boutique accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Be sure to include your correct billing and shipping addresses at checkout.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12pm will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday. 

If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the remaining items from your order, and you will receive an email confirming the items in your order that were processed. You will only be charged for items that are in-stock and processed. If all of the items on your order are out of stock, then your order will be cancelled, your credit card charge will be voided, and a notification email will be sent to you explaining the reason for cancellation.

Shipping and Store Pickups

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10. Expedited shipping (2-Day) is available. Please call us if you need an overnight shipping rate. 

Domestic Shipping ONLY.

Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

You can also select free in-store pick up for any online order.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know right away. Merchandise may be exchanged for the same item in a different size/color or returned for refund. Fully read our return policy before proceeding with your return. 

Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment less a 10% restocking fee or in full for store credit that can be used online or in store.  

All return packages must be received within 10 days of the date of original purchase. 

Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.

ALL SALE ITEMS, SHOES, CANDLES, AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.

Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error and we will issue you a free shipping label. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

You cannot return or exchange if:

It has been more than 10 days since the original purchase date.

If your purchase was on sale. 

If the items you ordered are not in their original unwashed, unworn, & smoke-free condition.

If the original tags are not attached.

We hold the right to partially refund or not issue a refund at all if merchandise is returned without a damage being reported or is suspected to have been worn.

Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitoring resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects. 

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.

Returns can be made in store or can be mailed back.

*We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Chantilly Boutique is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit.
